He built a team of Behavioral science specialists and designers at Final Mile that today deals with complex and everyday behavioral challenges in the area of Global Health, Financial services, CPG, Safety, Organizational change among others. He built the company's practice in global health, sanitation and safety. He has led large projects in HIV, TB, Maternal health, Nutrition, Sanitation, Drug adherence.
